Healthcare Consultant - Permanent - Location
Proclinical is currently partnered with a boutique healthcare consultancy, driving meaningful change across health plans, hospitals, PBMs, and health tech firms - helping them improve how they interact with members and patients across operations, marketing, call centers, and quality programs.
We're seeking strategic thinkers, creative problem-solvers, and results-oriented professionals who want to deliver measurable impact across organizations such as health insurers, hospital systems, health tech innovators, and pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs). This role blends people, process, and technology to create smarter operations and better experiences for consumers, members, and patients.
What You'll Do:
As a healthcare consultant, you'll work on diverse initiatives aimed at improving healthcare operations and the consumer journey. Projects may include:
- Designing and executing multi-channel engagement strategies
- Analyzing performance data to identify and implement improvements
- Supporting operational enhancements in areas like call centers, marketing, and quality functions
- Translating complex concepts into compelling visual presentations for leadership audiences
- Partnering with clients and internal teams to take ideas from strategy through to execution
What You Bring:
Domain Expertise
- Solid understanding of the healthcare sector, especially health plans, hospital systems, health technology, and/or PBMs
- Familiarity with core business functions such as operations, strategy, marketing, and quality
- Awareness of key healthcare technologies and platforms (e.g., marketing automation, document composition, call center tools)
Core Skills
- Strong project management capabilities with a focus on organization, communication, and results
- Ability to think strategically while also diving into detailed execution
- High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) and PowerPoint (visual storytelling)
- Skilled at interpreting data and translating insights into action
- Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills with a client-focused approach
