Proclinical is seeking a Director of Commercial Planning to lead the development and execution of strategic commercial plans across multiple regions. In this role, you will ensure alignment with business objectives, manage cross-functional teams, and drive impactful initiatives that support growth. This position requires strong leadership, project management, and communication skills to foster collaboration and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated commercial plans that align with strategic priorities and market needs.
  • Create scalable planning frameworks to support prioritization and agility in multi-market environments.
  • Collaborate with regional and global leadership to identify and prioritize key strategic programs for local implementation.
  • Align stakeholders across functions to ensure initiatives support business objectives and regional growth.
  • Manage, coach, and mentor team members, fostering professional development and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Allocate resources effectively to balance workload and optimize team performance.
  • Oversee the execution of prioritized initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with performance targets.
  • Monitor program progress, address risks, and promote knowledge-sharing and best practices across teams.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong background in commercial strategy, planning, or operations within a global or regional context.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and complex program portfolios, preferably in life sciences or medical technology.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, project management, and resource allocation for high-impact initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to align diverse stakeholders and secure senior leadership buy-in.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, reimbursement systems, and healthcare delivery models.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and drive impactful outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
