CRA, Sweden

Proclinical are recruiting a CRA, Sweden for a CRO. This role is on a permanent basis with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in Sweden.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the progression of allocated studies by tracking regulatory proposals and approvals, recruitment, and enrolment case report form accomplishment and proposal, and data query production and resolution.
• Collaborate with sites to adapt, drive and track subject recruitment plan aligned with project requirements to develop probability.
• You will administer protocol and connected study training to allocated sites and form routine lines of communication with sites to handle ongoing project expectations and concerns.
• Guarantee that copies/original site documents are available for filing in the TMF to verify that the investigators site file is upheld rendering to GCP/ICH and local regulatory needs.
• Review both the quality and integrity of study site practices lined to the suitable performance of the protocol and adherence to suitable guidelines.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a scientific or healthcare field.
• An organised individual with the ability to resolve issues.
• Able to manage own time efficiently with financial management abilities.
• Capable of forming relationships with various individuals around the business.
• Computer literacy.
• Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Know-how of suitable clinical research regulatory needs, such as Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines.
• Expertise on therapeutic and protocols as offered in company training.
• CRA training program achieved or familiarity in a supervisory role.
• A mixture of training, education and experience might be taken into consideration in place of a degree.
• Fluency in the English language.
