CRA, Romania (FSP)

Proclinical are recruiting a CRA, Romania (FSP) for a CRO. This role is on a permanent basis with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in Romania.

Responsibilities:

• You will attend study-connected, company, divisional, and external meetings when needed.
• Guarantee all study deliverables are accomplished per the company's biotech and study timelines.
• Perform field review visits and field training of CRA Is, IIs, and any other Sr CRAs.
• Conduct investigational product inventory.
• The ideal candidate might evaluate protocols, eCRFs, study manuals and any other related documents, as requested by the Clinical Trial Manager and/or Lead CRA.
• Serve as a mentor for junior CRAs and those new to the organisation and/or study.
• Support in solving problems to guarantee compliance with site file audits as well as in conjunction with ISS.
• You will document responsibility, stability and storage conditions of clinical trial resources as needed by sponsor.
• Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Expertise of clinical research processes, which involves working knowledge of all functional areas of clinical trials and medical vocabulary.
• Familiarity in a monitoring and/or coordinating role with clinical trials.
• Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to build relationships with others both internally and externally.
• Capable of handling various priorities simultaneously in various, multifaceted trials.
• Works well independently with the ability to resolve issues.
• Works well with others n a team.
• Know-how of present GCP/ICH regulations suitable to the performance of clinical research.
