Proclinical is seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst to cover the EMEA region. In this role, you will partner with sales and business units to ensure financial compliance and support commercial activities. You will play a crucial role in financial planning, analysis, and day-to-day finance operations.

Responsibilities:

Support regional finance and business objectives.
Organize and drive planning and analysis processes, including long-term planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Manage monthly closing and reporting, including sales performance and margin reviews.
Coordinate regional cost control for sales and business development.
Monitor and track rebate accruals in collaboration with sales teams.
Drive monthly risk and opportunity assessments with sales teams.
Analyze business performance and recommend strategies to capture opportunities and mitigate risks.
Collaborate with sub-regions on sales and operations planning.
Provide recommendations for customer pricing and credit limits.
Share responsibility for financial and management accounting in accordance with international standards.
Collaborate with group finance to enhance financial systems and processes.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Proficiency in Excel (Advanced) and SAP BW.
Experience in a fast-paced international environment.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
