Commercial Finance Analyst EMEA

Proclinical is seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst for the EMEA region. This role involves partnering with sales and business units to ensure financial compliance and support commercial activities. You will play a crucial role in financial planning, analysis, and day-to-day finance operations.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with sales and business units to ensure financial compliance and support commercial activities.
• Organize and drive planning and analysis processes, including longterm planning, annual budgets, and forecasts.
• Manage monthly closing and reporting, including sales performance and margin reviews.
• Coordinate regional cost control for sales and business development.
• Monitor and track rebate accruals in collaboration with sales teams.
• Drive the monthly risks and opportunities process with sales teams.
• Analyze business performance, recommend benchmarks, and develop plans to capture opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Support commercial financial planning and analysis for the region.
• Collaborate with subregions and participate in the S&OP process.
• Provide recommendations for customer pricing and credit limits and manage the approval process.
• Share responsibility for financial and management accounting in accordance with IFRS and other principles.
• Collaborate with Group Finance Management to ensure efficient financial systems and processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proficiency in Excel (Advanced) and experience with SAP BW.
• Experience in a fastpaced international environment is advantageous.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English.
