Proclinical is seeking a strategic and relationship-focused Channel Sales Manager Hong Kong&Taiwan for Medical Device company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth through various distribution channels. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background in the medical device industry, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage and grow channel partnerships effectively.


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive channel sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify and evaluate potential channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and healthcare providers.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for channel expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to ensure alignment and drive performance.
  • Provide training and support to partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities.
  • Set sales targets and objectives for channel partners and monitor their performance.
  • Develop and implement incentive programs to motivate and reward high-performing partners.
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials tailored to channel partners.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote medical device products and expand the partner network.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and regulatory changes affecting the medical device market.
  • Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback on market needs and product performance.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve partner issues and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience in sales or channel management within the medical device industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the medical device market and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
