Cell Manufacturing Associate - Contract - Norton, MA

Proclinical is seeking a Cell Manufacturing Associate to support clinical manufacturing operations in Norton, MA.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and cGMP-compliant production processes. This position involves hands-on operation of production equipment and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality standards.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Biotech Certificate or a 2-year degree preferred; industry experience is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is required.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail in both operations and documentation.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding, repetitive tasks in a classified cleanroom environment.
  • Capability to wear half-face and full-face respirators or Powered Air-Purifying Respirators (PAPR) for chemical processing.
  • Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team setting.

The Cell Manufacturing Associate's responsibilities will be:

  • Operate production equipment for tasks such as weigh-dispense, solution preparation, equipment cleaning (CIP/COP), small parts cleaning, and materials stocking in manufacturing suites.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to produce clinical products.
  • Collaborate with support groups including Facilities, Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), Materials Management, and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) to complete activities accurately.
