Business Analyst (Clinical) - Contract - Wilmington, DE
Proclinical is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Program Management Office (PMO) team. In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to refine reporting requirements and develop report mock-ups. You will ensure seamless transitions to the Business Intelligence (BI) development team and test reports for accuracy and usability. Your insights will support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Familiarity with clinical development lifecycle and related database systems.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Experience with both technical and business teams.
- Preferred experience with Excel Power Query and BI Visualization tools.
The Clinical Business Analyst will:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document reporting requirements.
- Develop report mock-ups and proof of concepts for effective hand-offs to the BI team.
- Provide feedback on dashboard layout and visualization to meet business needs.
- Test reports and dashboards to ensure accuracy and data quality.
- Gather user feedback to refine and improve reports and dashboards.
- Perform ad-hoc data queries to address business questions.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance user confidence in using reports and dashboards.
- Serve as Scrum Master for the BI Development Team.
