Business Analyst & SharePoint Solution Engineer

Proclinical is seeking a Business Analyst - SharePoint Solution Engineer to support the design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint-based solutions for functional teams, with a primary focus on the Oncology business unit. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop dashboards, and create solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scheduling tools using SharePoint lists and features.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and document business needs.
• Develop SharePoint solutions and dashboards tailored to business objectives.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for reports and dashboards.
• Utilize Power BI, SQL, DAX, and M language for data ingestion and transformation.
• Provide technical assistance and training to end-users of data and reports.
• Manage priorities effectively and adapt to changing business needs.
• Perform duties with moderate supervision while responding to direction as needed.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proven experience in SharePoint development and customization.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, SQL, DAX, and M language for data transformation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to dynamic changes.
