Proclinical is seeking a Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Associate II to join a dynamic team focused on producing life-changing and life-saving medicines.

Primary Responsibilities:

In this role, you will perform key production operations, including fermentation, cell culture, solution preparation, and equipment maintenance. You will also contribute to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires flexibility to work 12-hour shifts (5am-5pm or 5pm-5am) and occasional weekends.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Ability to follow detailed processing instructions and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High level of performance and accountability in a fast-paced setting.
  • Educational background in Biotechnology, a related technical field, or equivalent experience in cGMP manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with safety and compliance standards in a manufacturing environment.

The Manufacturing Associate's responsibilities will be:

  • Perform daily manufacturing tasks, including fermentation, cell culture operations, chromatographic separation, filtration, and solution preparation.
  • Operate and monitor automated equipment, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and batch documentation.
  • Maintain and clean process assemblies, autoclaves, and production areas.
  • Monitor critical process parameters, troubleshoot issues, and escalate abnormalities as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering, validation, and tech transfer activities.
  • Participate in safety and compliance initiatives, investigations, and problem-solving efforts.
  • Ensure availability of materials and equipment to support production schedules.
  • Utilize digital platforms such as SAP, EBR, and AR/VR to enhance operational efficiency.
