Bench Chemist - LCMS - Contract - Collegeville, PA
Proclinical is seeking a Bench Chemist to join the LC-MS Bioanalysis group in Collegeville, PA.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will focus on analyzing biological samples using Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS) to support pharmacokinetic (PK) and pharmacodynamic (PD) studies. Your work will contribute to critical data that informs decision-making for clinical studies and asset progression.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proficiency in Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS) techniques.
- Experience in analyzing biological samples for PK and PD endpoints.
- Strong understanding of GCP regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to handle human biological samples safely and adhere to data integrity guidelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and documentation.
The Bench Chemist - LCMS' responsibilities will be:
- Conduct routine analysis of drugs, metabolites, and biomarkers in biological samples using established analytical methods.
- Prepare written analytical methods, reports, and report contributions.
- Serve as a Responsible Scientist for assigned tasks.
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) regulations, government guidelines, and relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Handle human biological samples safely and perform experimental work in alignment with Human Biological Sample Management (HBSM) safety and data integrity standards.
