Automation Expert (Pharmasuite)

Proclinical is seeking an Automation Expert with expertise in PharmaSuite to join a dynamic team in Switzerland. In this role, you will contribute to exciting projects such as technology transfers and the introduction of new technologies. This position focuses on automation within manufacturing operations, ensuring quality and efficiency improvements.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and update automation-related specifications.
• Perform off-line and on-line coding, testing, and peer reviews.
• Design, develop, and execute Automation Change Records (ACRs), Quality Change Records, and control qualification/commissioning test documentation.
• Act as the automation lead for unit operations, driving efficient issue resolution and change implementation for large and complex projects.
• Assess proposed changes and evaluate discrepancies during manufacturing operations.
• Troubleshoot process equipment and system malfunctions or failures.
• Contribute to the development of policies and standards for automation at the site.
• Implement innovative approaches within automation to enhance quality and efficiency.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proven experience with MES PharmaSuite Recipe Authoring.
• Strong understanding of automation systems and processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Experience in managing change records and commissioning test documentation.
• Business-fluent English language skills.
