An appointment for an Associate Director, Clinical Operations has opened to join an international Pharmaceutical company who have a European headquarters in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The EU team have grown from 20 people to over 100 people in the past 18 months so it's genuinely an exciting time to join - this growth has occurred due to the launch of their innovative products and growing pipeline.

You'll be involved with the management of 4-6 CTAs and Clinical Study Managers based across the EU so having extensive line management experience is essential. Due to recent success, they're known as a credible and well respected Pharmaceutical company which has attracted some of the most talented professionals in the industry to join this company so they're looking for a driven, passionate and like minded individuals who will grow long term within the business.

This opportunity will be a hybrid working model with office and home working on offer - relocators to the Netherlands are welcomed ensuring you have an EU citizenship.

Key requirements:

5-7 years line management experience in Clinical Operations.
Phase I-IV.
Global experience is essential with leading global study teams.
Must be able to work in the office occasionally post Covid-19.
Pharma or Biotech background.
BSc, MSc or PhD qualified.

A competitive basic salary is on offer depending on experience + 15% bonus + much more. Relocation assistance is also being offered for any candidates who will need to relocate for this role.
