Proclinical is seeking a Clinical Operations Lead to support the delivery of clinical trials in oncology. In this role, you will lead or contribute to cross-functional global teams, ensuring operational excellence across all phases of clinical studies. This position focuses on driving innovation in clinical trial delivery, with the patient at the center of all activities.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage operational plans, including clinical study budgets, to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Oversee vendor and stakeholder relationships, ensuring performance and alignment with project goals.
  • Establish yourself as a leader within the team, inspiring others and sharing best practices.
  • Manage risk and compliance by implementing site monitoring and risk mitigation strategies, adhering to ICH-GCP and other regulations.
  • Oversee resource management, including forecasting and maintaining supplies for clinical studies.
  • Lead feasibility assessments to select appropriate countries and sites for trial participation.
  • Provide guidance to country operational representatives and maintain strong external stakeholder relationships.
  • Contribute to clinical operations communities, enabling innovative trial delivery and addressing emergent needs.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams in executing clinical studies from start to finish.
  • Working knowledge of the drug development process and regulations, including ICH-GCP guidelines.
  • Experience in clinical trial management, with a focus on operational efficiency and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and adapt to ambiguity.
  • A university degree or equivalent experience, preferably in life sciences.
