Proclinical is seeking a Clinical Operations Lead to join a dynamic team in Switzerland. This role focuses on driving innovation and excellence in clinical trial delivery within the oncology and pharmaceutical space. You will play a pivotal role in shaping operational strategies and ensuring patient-centric trial designs while collaborating with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the execution of global clinical trial portfolios across multiple disease areas.
- Provide operational and strategic input within clinical trial delivery teams.
- Shape and enable disease area operational strategies with a focus on patient, investigator, and site-centric trial designs.
- Drive continuous improvement, simplification, and innovation in trial operations, emphasizing quality, compliance, and patient impact.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners globally to ensure alignment, knowledge-sharing, and delivery excellence.
- Champion a culture of curiosity and empowerment to foster new thinking and value creation in clinical operations.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Experience in clinical operations, clinical study/trial management, or a similar function within drug development.
- Expertise in late-phase (Phase III) studies.
- Strong understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and trial governance.
- A degree in a scientific discipline.
- Proven ability to work effectively in complex global environments and manage diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
