Application Specialist

Proclinical is seeking an Application Specialist to join a dedicated team, focusing on the Oracle Primavera application suite for global engineering projects. This role will involve supporting end users, managing system administration, and enhancing system usability.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain system access and develop processes for system monitoring.
• Assist project teams with project setup and user access.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Gather feedback from users to improve application use and functionality.
• Provide training and support to end users.
• Draft requirements and collaborate with the development team on new features.
• Maintain and update system documentation and procedures.
• Generate reports and data extractions as needed by management.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Science, Quantity Surveying, Business Management, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in English; German is a plus.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Attention to detail and strong IT skills.
• Experience with Oracle Primavera, particularly Construction Intelligence Cloud Analytics.
