User Manager Electronic Systems

Proclinical is seeking a User Manager for Electronic Systems to oversee user management tasks, including monitoring entries, exits, and access authorizations. You will be responsible for organizing and conducting training sessions, ensuring compliance with GMP rules in user management. This role requires onsite presence in Visp and offers a flexible part-time schedule of 20.5 hours per week.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

• Manage user access for electronic systems.
• Monitor and update entries and exits.
• Organize and conduct training sessions.
• Ensure adherence to GMP rules in user management.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proficiency in English; German is a plus.
• Onsite presence in Visp is required.
• Open to candidates without prior experience.
