Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and technically skilled individual to lead our Cyber Defense Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for security development, providing cyber security consulting services, and managing cyber security management projects. This role also involves the strategic and technical development of the newly established Cyber Defense Center.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Cyber Defense Center.
Oversee security development including use case engineering, adversary emulation, and automation of detection and response mechanisms.
Provide cyber security consulting services for specialist IT.
Serve as the single point of contact for cyber security management projects.
Strategically and technically develop the Cyber Defense Center.

Key Skills and Requirements

Degree in computer science, ideally with a focus on cyber security or equivalent vocational training.
Practical experience in cyber security development and security consulting.
Proven leadership experience with expert organizations.
Hands-on mentality with strong technical affinity.
Excellent communication and mediation skills at various hierarchical levels.
High commitment, endurance, resilience, and independence.
Openness to new things and a good sense of humor.
