Synergie Production Technician (Aseptic fill finish)

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Synergie Production Technician to join our client's team. This role focuses on aseptic fill finish processes within the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in the cardiovascular sector. The position requires working in shifts (2x8) and emphasizes maintaining high standards of production and safety.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to cGMP, BDP, and EHS standards.
• Perform routine and non-routine process activities.
• Identify and report technical or organizational issues.
• Share knowledge with colleagues.
• Propose continuous improvement ideas.
• Maintain production area conditions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational processes and leadership behaviors.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Educational background in biotechnology, chemistry, biology, or biochemistry (BAC + 2 or equivalent).
• Experience with aseptic filling under RABS or isolator.
• Familiarity with cGMP and controlled atmosphere environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in French (minimum B2 level).
• Methodical and rigorous work approach.
• Availability, flexibility, and strong organizational skills.
• Dynamic, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
