Are you a Strategic Insights Lead looking to provide actionable customer and market insights that enhance decision-making and execution for business units? In this role, you will act as a strategic partner, guiding commercial strategies, monitoring performance, and driving initiatives that improve customer engagement and business outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Generate actionable insights to drive brand performance, customer engagement, and strategic clarity.
- Analyse brand and franchise performance to identify risks, opportunities, and growth levers.
- Translate performance data into strategic narratives to influence commercial planning.
- Evaluate omni-channel effectiveness and customer journey metrics to inform campaign strategies.
- Shape go-to-market strategies and portfolio prioritization based on performance insights and market dynamics.
- Develop robust, insight-driven forecasts aligned with market trends and strategic priorities.
- Prioritize key business questions and address data gaps to support measurable outcomes.
- Embed insights into strategic planning cycles and influence cross-functional decision-making.
- Build organizational capability in analytics, data literacy, and strategic thinking through coaching and mentoring.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Background in Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths, or Business.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Project management experience with excellent planning and coordination abilities.
- Effective communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of NHS structures and industry trends.
- Familiarity with tools like Veeva CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Power BI, or Spotfire is a plus.
- Understanding of market research techniques, data sources, and digital tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strategic thinker with the ability to handle ambiguity and deliver impactful insights.
