Sr Project Engineer

Proclinical is seeking a Senior Project Engineer who is passionate about product and process design and is adept at collaborating within a talented team. The ideal candidate will be proactive in cross-functional teams and demonstrate problem-solving abilities. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting and innovative projects, and to contribute significantly to the manufacturing and supply operations of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in product development and released product management, including sustaining operations project, process design & development, product lifecycle management, and day-to-day business activities.
• Take initiative and lead a team to solve problems or execute on processes and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, execute, and deliver on project requirements.
• Execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Identify and carry out practical actions to solve technical problems using project management, lean sigma, and process development skills.
• Lead and support the process development, characterisation, and validation activities for changes to commercial products.
• Collaborate, document, and present all learnings to project and functional teams.
• Ensure effective stakeholder management and establish governance processes for communication and escalation.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• A degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of product and process design.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work proactively on cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and experience with lean/six sigma tools.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills and ability to develop warm cross-functional relationships.
• Good organisational, presentation and project management skills.
