An exciting vacancy has arisen for a Sourcing and Customer Service Manager in Switzerland. You will be the main point of contact for the supply and purchasing teams. The post holder will be expected to be aware of orders, deliveries and shipments.
Job Responsibilities
- Main point of contact for the supply/Purchasing teams of TPM units and Supplier/CMOs of products managed by GAM unit in FK SBS
- Rolling forecasts
- Status of orders, deliveries/shipments
- Invoicing
- Review monthly rolling forecasts with TPM units
- Provide monthly forecasts to suppliers/CMOs according to contractual terms
- Process purchase orders from TPM units, creation of sales orders in FK SBS
- Conversion of sales orders into Purchase Requisitions (PRs). Obtain approval and releases of PRs, conversion to Purchase Orders (POs)
- Follow up for timely approval release of POs and send to suppliers/CMOs. Update POs (quantity, date) according to changes agreed with TPM units and suppliers
- Obtain order confirmations from partners and update relevant teams accordingly
- Ensure alignment of all orders (from TPM units and to suppliers)
- Continuous communication with suppliers/CMOs to ensure timely deliveries according to orders
- Confirm receipts in system, and issue respective invoices to TPM units
- Ensure/provide TPM units complete documentation for Customs clearance / goods receipt
- Preparation of relevant reports and metrics
- Solve issues/problems related to trading activities
- Reconciliation of goods / invoices with TPM units and suppliers/CMOs
- Coordinate with Shared services/Accounts Payable to ensure timely payments to suppliers/CMOs
- Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and contractual obligations
- Support in the creation of master data in the system (material master, vendor master, info records, etc)
Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Materials Management or related field
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
- At least 3 years of purchasing, sourcing or related experience, preferably in a Pharmaceutical or Healthcare related industry
- Effective negotiation, persuasion, communications, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Multicultural awareness
- Possess excellent time management skills and able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in SAP, Microsoft Office
- Languages: Fluent English (must), French an asset
