Senior Product Manager Energy

Proclinical are recruiting a Senior Product Manager Energy to join a biotech organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Chemnitz.

Responsibilities:

• You will interface with both partner and technical teams to recognise prospects to innovate, develop the company and itch concepts.
• Outline and handle near-term and long-term product roadmaps, handling trade-offs and competing priorities.
• Discuss program successes, failures, lessons learned, and mitigations plans to shareholders.
• Engage with crucial shareholders to outline the metrics, measurements and tools to quantify business goals based on OKRs and assisting Epics/User Stories and Tasks.
• Responsible for developing the user experience, objectives, stories and needs that will be used to generate product specifications.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Familiarity with full commercial product life cycle management and distribution of products and end-to-end solutions.
• Demonstrable experience within product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology development with the use of tools, for example: AATLASSIAN Jira/Confluence, Polarion/Jama, etc.
• Acquaintance with feature distribution and trade-offs of a product.
• Prior involvement partaking in engineering conversations around technology decisions and method linked to a product.
• Former involvement in producing and supervising roadmap method and definition.
• Educated to a degree level in a business or technology connected discipline.
• Demonstrable experience in technical product management using agile strategies, for example: Scrum, Lean and SAFe.
• Demonstrable experience in handling multifaceted technical projects and driving the projects through to execution which involves product.
• Familiarity with design, develop, manufacture, quality and delivery.
• Exhibited experience in recognising gaps within the product, prioritisation and how it connects to the vision.
• A background in data-driven decision-making and quantitative analysis abilities.
• Capable of managing own workload and moving forward within the face of ambiguity.
• Leadership experience.
