Proclinical is seeking a Senior Manager, IT Systems. This role involves collaborating with end users, business leads, suppliers, and partners to deliver secure, scalable, reliable, and effective IT solutions and services. The role requires a high level of collaboration within the team, with external stakeholders, and end users. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational success and future growth of the IT systems across all global office and site locations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the operational implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of an IT strategy across the group to meet business needs and future growth.
- Manage IT systems resources, including recruitment and line management.
- Implement and manage a proactive and effective centralized IT support team.
- Manage and report on the implementation of IT system projects.
- Develop, manage, and report on financial operational expenditure, forecasts, and budgets for Global IT systems.
- Provide technical direction and advice to project team members.
- Lead project delivery to ensure the success of assigned projects.
- Collaborate with the Information Security Team to support the implementation of effective security management and controls.
- Lead the management of suppliers and third-party partnerships.
- Support the gathering of requirements, research into business system solutions, procurement, setup, configuration, and training of new business systems.
- Ensure auditing and checks are carried out on a regular basis to ensure the effectiveness and compliance of the policies, procedures, and the security of our implementations in our IT systems.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Previous experience as an IT Manager within a multi-site organization.
- ICT industry experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and co-ordinate multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Proven ability to work as a member of a team and to manage diverse teams within tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Cisco CCNA/CCENT.
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology.
