Senior Manager: Digital Transformation - Zurich, Switzerland

Proclinical is a currently supporting a Global Management and Technology consulting group based in Zurich, Switzerland as they recruit a Senior Manager: Digital Transformation to join and lead their team.

Responsibilities

Together with colleagues, you will continue to drive market development for the company manufacturing industry market segment.
You will also implement exciting projects for major customers and proactively develop them further.
You will also be active in acquiring projects, both from the existing company network and from new customers. To do this, you implement acquisition strategies, arrange customer appointments, and prepare offers.
As a manager / senior manager, you are part of the management team in the Larger Business Division cluster as well as the CoP Manufacturing

Your Profile

You have a degree in economics, computer science, natural sciences, or engineering.
You have at least five years of experience in management and technology consulting for large companies, ideally in the manufacturing industry.
You have consulting experience in one of the following subject areas: digital strategy, digital transformation, CIO advisory, program and project management, supply chain, Industry 4.0, SAP or cyber security.
You have excellent analytical and communication skills.
You are characterized by a high level of customer orientation.
You have a structured way of working, proactivity and agility.
Advanced German and English skills (at least C1).
