Proclinical is seeking a Senior Associate Scientist for a wonderful team working to cure neurogenerative diseases in Cambridge, MA. The successful candidate should have a thorough knowledge about cellular biology and biochemical techniques.

Job Responsibilities:

Work with a team of scientists to design and execute experiments to support the development of drugs.
The Senior Associate Scientist will be responsible for the cellular assay development, characterization, mechanism of action studies.
Work with cell lines, tissue culture and utilize molecular techniques like qPCR, PCR etc.

Skills and Requirements:

The Senior Associate Scientist should be able to independently work on cell lines, protein detection, cell manipulation, ELISA and Western blotting.
Masters or PhD in cell biology or a related field is a must.
The successful candidate will have worked 3-5 years independently in a research environment.
Must be able to work together in a team and have good communication skills.
