Scrum Master

Proclinical are recruiting a Scrum Master for a medical technology and device organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Oberkochen. The client is focused on developing, manufacturing and delivering highly novel solutions for various services.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the scrum procedure, and the active arrangement and moderation of scrum events, for example: sprint reviews, backlog refinement, dailies, sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Responsible for one or two software development teams with numerous degrees of agile culture.
• You will assist the scrum teams on the metrology software division in the company's semiconductor manufacturing technology department with the development of a variety of software solutions for the operating and measuring equipment in the production.
• Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Various years of experience within the field of software/hardware development, using classic and agile approaches.
• Previous involvement in a scrum master role with expertise on agile strategies and distributed teams, which involves external personnel.
• A certification as a scrum master would be ideal.
• Know-how of strategies in moderation, motivation, change management and team development.
• A confident individual who is assertive.
• Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Solutions and objectives focused.
• Possess an independent and structured way of working.
• Fluency in the English and German language.
