Scientist (Technical Representative QC Dept)

Proclinical is seeking a QC Microbiology Technical Specialist to support quality control activities within the microbiology department. This role involves representing the department in internal and external meetings, audits, and inspections, as well as contributing to project-specific analyses and improvements. The position requires on-site presence with limited remote work flexibility.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the technical representative for the QC Microbiology department in internal discussions, customer meetings, audits, visits, and inspections.
• Serve as the scientific subject matter expert (SME) for project-specific and microbial analyses within QC Microbiology.
• Monitor, evaluate, and coordinate the implementation of current improvements in microbiological processes.
• Coordinate and ensure timely completion of assigned work packages across specific business units.
• Facilitate effective communication within interdisciplinary teams, including studies, validations, verifications, deviations, and transfers.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong expertise in microbiology and quality control processes.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate projects effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in German is preferred but not mandatory.
• Availability to work primarily on-site, with limited remote work options.
