Proclinical is seeking an SC Planner to join a dynamic supply chain team in the pharmaceutical industry. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring seamless product availability, mitigating stock disruptions, and fostering collaboration across commercial, regulatory, and manufacturing partners. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to efficient operations and patient care through effective supply chain management.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate the replenishment of finished goods to distribution centers and third-party partners.
  • Monitor stock levels to minimize write-offs due to expiration and initiate redistribution activities when feasible.
  • Manage supplier relationships with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) to establish strong partnerships.
  • Organize and monitor shipments, including customs documentation, and collaborate with Qualified Persons (QP) for product release.
  • Conduct multi-site, multi-market, and multi-level planning to ensure supply meets market demand.
  • Analyze market forecasts and address deviations regarding sales projections.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to define annual quantities and deliver rolling forecasts to suppliers.
  • Ensure quality documentation is accurate for goods receipt and maintain compliance in SAP for stock items, batch numbers, expiry dates, and manufacturing dates.
  • Execute all supply chain activities in SAP with precision and adherence to compliance standards.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry, particularly in forecasts, planning, and inventory management.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in GDP and GMP standards.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exposure to SAP ByDesign is advantageous.
  • Demonstrable proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Agile thinker with adaptability to high-speed change.
  • Collaborative team player with integrity and ethical standards.
  • Results-oriented and accountable for actions.
