Proclinical are recruiting an SAP Quality Expert for a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Stuttgart.

Responsibilities:

Offer use assistance, perform training sessions and produce comprehensive manuals.
Support the configuration and establishment of GMP quality management procedures in the SAP system such as QM module.
Arrange software validation actions in cooperation with the system owner such as UAT test.
Contribute to the upkeep of master data, which involves reporting of new starting resources and guaranteeing data precision.
You will conceptualise test scenarios, produce user roles and optimise current authorisations.
Work alongside pertinent divisions to develop needs and assure process alignment.
Partake in interdisciplinary project teams to drive cooperative efforts.
Other duties may be assigned to the role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Educated to a degree level in an IT, bioinformatics, biochemistry, chemistry, biology, biotechnology, bioprocess engineering or similar qualification with pertinent work experience.
Know-how of ERP systems, ideally SAP with emphasis on the QM module.
Familiarity working in regulated settings, for example: GMP.
Acquaintance with process design.
Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Works well in a team with the capacity to thrive in a dynamic setting.
Fluency in the German language with knowledge in English.
