Your Role - Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Manage complex SAP projects from start to finish, including planning, directing, and overseeing all project phases.
• Process Analysis: Determine process and system requirements.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Mentorship: Support client project managers in complex projects with leadership and project methodology.
• Vendor Management: Enhance the performance of external partners such as implementation partners, specialists, and system managers.
• Change & Transformation Management: Assist in the implementation of new processes and technologies, including training and change management measures.

This Role is for You if:

• You have over 5 years of experience as an SAP Project Manager, with a strong focus on the full implementation of SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP solutions.
• You possess in-depth knowledge of SAP technologies and experience in transformation, evaluation, sourcing, and project optimization.
• You can motivate a team to achieve peak performance.
• You value collaboration in interdisciplinary teams.
• You have proven success in the introduction and development of SAP S/4HANA environments (Greenfield, Brownfield, and Hybrid/Bluefield).
• You are fluent in German and English.
• You are willing to travel for projects.

Bonus Points for:

• PM certification (IPMA or PMI)
• Experience as an SAP Business Analyst
• French language skills
