SAP Project Manager

Proclinical is seeking a Project Manager (SAP) to lead and manage complex projects. This role requires close collaboration with various departments to develop and implement a standardized process landscape.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects aimed at harmonizing and rolling out global processes.
• Collaborate with departments to develop and implement standardized process landscapes.
• Coordinate interfaces and clarify requirements between departments and projects.
• Monitor and report on project progress to management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary project teams.
• Support process owners in defining processes and creating specifications for software integration.
• Implement change management activities to ensure smooth introduction and acceptance of new processes and systems.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience as a project manager or program manager, ideally in an international setting.
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes and their optimization through SAP solutions.
• Experience with the introduction, migration, or consolidation of ERP systems (SAP).
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
