SAP HR Service Manager

Proclinical are recruiting a SAP HR Service Manager for a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Zurich. The client is focused on discovering the correct remedies for people.

Responsibilities:

• Guide and develop the present system form, outline best techniques via the present solution and partake in outlining the centre of excellence strategy.
• Handle recognised IT security and information risk management duties and observations as well as resolve them.
• Guarantee brilliant shareholder management and business partnering through outlined SLAs.
• Form and handle a fully functioning multi-sourced service assistance team with a client-centric approach across various locations, oriented around service availability and performance.
• Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Skills & Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a computer science discipline, with an additional degree in business administration would be ideal.
• Past involvement in a pharmaceutical organisation with expertise in pharmaceutical regulatory guidelines for computer system validation or GxP.
• Familiarity with IT project management/application management.
• At least 4 - 5 years of experience with HR programs, ideally success factors suite, workday and the HCM suite.
• At least 3 years of experience with FIN applications such as IT or business.
• Comprehension of pertinent application such as success factors, SAP, which involves configuration, customisation, administration, interfaces, tec.
• Acquaintance with delivering solutions with new and offshore services.
• Comprehension of business requirements, needs and relations.
• Fluency in the English language.
• Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• ITIL, PMP certified.
• Familiarity with GxP operations in a pharma context, ERP esp. SAP, etc.
