SAP Financial Systems Lead

Our client is seeking an SAP Financial Systems Lead to lead Finance & Controlling (FI/CO) and HR processes, focusing on implementing end-to-end solutions aligned with our Intelligent Enterprise Transformation Journey.

• Worldwide business process analysis and consulting
• Focus on Finance & Controlling and HR processes
• Implementation of S/4HANA
• Customizing, Implementation, and Rollout of global Finance processes & systems
• Define and implement new system functionalities (Change Requests)
• Sub Project Management on global Finance projects
• Application Support for FI/CO, HCM, and SuccessFactors
• Documentation and Training of processes and system functionalities

Tasks/Activities:

• Teamwork with MU, BU, RO's
• Lead in system and process design & development
• Process consulting for global processes with focus on Finance & HCM
• Active support for FI/CO & related systems
• Monitoring global business processes/workflow and organizational structure
• Interdepartmental coordination and information
• Create development specifications with BU
• Support for Global Services (Global Helpdesk)
• Communication to stakeholders
• Supervise and coordinate external consultants

Responsibilities:

• Key contact for Finance and HCM processes
• Project Leader/Sub-project leader for IT projects (SAP)
• Planning and implementation of complex processes in Finance & HCM
• Application Support for global processes
• Supporting organizational change
• Defining tools and standards
• Developing concepts and solutions
• Preparing implementation and integration scenarios
• Developing training concepts and execution

Requirements:

• Basic Education in Technologies
• Further Education in Project Management
• Expertise in Finance and HCM processes
• Language Skills: English, German
• Special Knowledge/Skills: SAP FI/CO & HCM/SuccessFactors Process Knowledge, SAP S/4HANA
