- Developing a profitable and sustainable direct-sales model, leveraging off - and growing - existing brand equity.
- Delivering sales presentations to key prospects and converting prospects to customers by moving opportunities to closure.
- Building and preserving customer relationships to leverage new sales as well as protecting base business.
- Maintaining a detailed understanding of customer decision makers and influencers within private and public hospitals.
- Following up on deliveries, inventory management, and the management of third-party logistics providers.
Skills and Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales experience with at least 2 years selling to hospitals.
- Competent knowledge of the medical device market in Singapore.
- Proven record of sales and growing the business.
- Experience selling medical consumables preferred.
- Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
- Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
- Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
