Proclinical is seeking a dedicated professional for a technical role within the manufacturing operations area. You will manage and support various GMP deliverables, including deviation investigations, CAPAs, and change requests. Your role is crucial in maintaining audit readiness and GMP compliance, ensuring timely delivery and closure of all tasks while upholding quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Ensure a safe, controlled work environment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain cGMP compliance.
Work with cross-functional teams to enhance process robustness.
Lead deviation investigations and ensure timely completion.
Create, review, and approve technical reports and CAPAs.
Manage change requests for manufacturing operations.
Support GMP documentation management.
Act as a subject matter expert during audits or customer meetings.
Resolve issues in collaboration with other departments.
Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in a science or engineering discipline.
Business fluency in English and German.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Adaptability in dynamic environments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to challenge the status quo and promote change.
Effective time management and decision-making skills.
Willingness to share knowledge and seek diverse perspectives.
