A leading medical devices and equipment company in healthcare is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Administrator to be part of their team in Hong Kong. This is the ideal opportunity for a bright and dynamic individual to join an innovative team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Contracts management and record maintenance
  • Arrange weekly spare parts shipment, instruct logistics partner on invoicing timing and content
  • Support on preparing quotation of spare parts
  • Support on coordination between 3PL supplier and commercial/operation team
  • Support Red invoice application
  • Purchase and manage stamp duty
  • Receive check for B&T deposit and hand over to sales team, Recall B&T deposit & performance bond
  • Daily support to sales and service team
  • Meeting support (application, withholding, write-off)
  • Support Sales Development Meeting, Gate Keep Meeting, Dealer conference, Annual meeting, Other internal meetings
  • Conference invitation sending and conference room reservation, do related preparation, such as meeting room table and chair layout design, prepare tea break and order meal

Skills and Requirements

  • Background with Junior college at least
  • At least 3 years working experience in sales admin or sales coordinator role
    Must have healthcare industry experience
    Experience in bidding and tendering and communication with 3PL
  • Proficient in Outlook, WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint and other office software
    Experience in using SAP for order management
  • Work conscientiously, proactive, quick learner, ability to work under pressure, sense of ownership, efficiency consciousness
  • Excellent communication skills, helpful and service-oriented
  • Sound English skills both written and spoken
