Reliability Engineer (Facilities & Utilities)

Proclinical is seeking a Reliability Engineer focused on facilities and utilities. This role involves enhancing the reliability of equipment and systems within a fast-paced biotechnology environment. You will be instrumental in applying reliability engineering principles to improve maintenance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance equipment and system reliability through reliability engineering principles.
• Utilize Root Cause Analysis to improve manufacturing support equipment.
• Measure and demonstrate improvements in reliability performance.
• Analyze data to optimize maintenance costs and reduce equipment failure expenses.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and compliance audits.
• Ensure equipment and installations comply with GMP and FDA regulations.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and safety teams to meet operational and quality standards.
• Lead reliability-driven initiatives independently or collaboratively.
• Support capital projects as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proficiency in reliability engineering and maintenance optimization.
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, including GMP and FDA.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
