Proclinical is seeking a Reliability Engineer focused on facilities and utilities. This role involves enhancing the reliability of equipment and systems within a fast-paced biotechnology environment. You will be instrumental in applying reliability engineering principles to improve maintenance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance equipment and system reliability through reliability engineering principles.
- Utilize Root Cause Analysis to improve manufacturing support equipment.
- Measure and demonstrate improvements in reliability performance.
- Analyze data to optimize maintenance costs and reduce equipment failure expenses.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and compliance audits.
- Ensure equipment and installations comply with GMP and FDA regulations.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and safety teams to meet operational and quality standards.
- Lead reliability-driven initiatives independently or collaboratively.
- Support capital projects as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Proficiency in reliability engineering and maintenance optimization.
- Experience with Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, including GMP and FDA.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
