Proclinical are recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager Oncology (NORD) to join a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Germany.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of both short- and long-term commercial planning, which involves launch preparation end implementation.
  • Outline and execute sales methods and efficiently handle performance across the team to accomplish sales goals and increase market share.
  • Produce business plans and budget accountability, always upholding a precise track of spend as well as adhering to the agreed budgets.
  • Form efficient relationships with both cross-functional internal and external shareholders which involves alliance partners on a foundation of trust, professional respect and open dialogue.
  • Form a training and development framework for the key account management team in cooperation with both internal shareholders and external alliance partners.
  • Develop and execute standards in customer project management as well as handle tactical account plans.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Educated to a degree level in a scientific or marketing/business-connected field, though an advanced degree is preferable.
  • Acquaintance working within a pharmaceutical organisation in the field of oncology, ideally in lung cancer.
  • Familiarity in a leadership role and knowledge of sales force management.
  • Comprehension of healthcare business alterations and their impacts, as well as of tactical and methodical business planning procedures.
  • Customer focused with a sale focused mindset.
  • A background in project management which involves the arrangement of significant resources and various shareholders.
  • Leadership skills and capability of working within a matrix and multicultural organisation.
  • Numerical and data analysis abilities.
  • Able to resolve issues.
  • Deliberation capabilities with the capacity to work well in a team.
  • Willing to travel for business needs.
  • A hands-on attitude.
  • Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Fluency in German with knowledge in English.
  • Computer literacy.
