QC Microbiologist (9 Month FTC)

Proclinical are recruiting for a QC Microbiologist (9 Month FTC) to join a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

• Offer sampling knowledge for the taking of microbiological samples.
• You will escalate and assist with the Deviations, Investigations and related CAPA's.
• Assist with the analytical strategy transfers and specifically, any microbiological QC features of these.
• Test all materials needing microbiological testing rendering to approved specifications and processes.
• Author SOPs affiliated with microbiological assistance.
• The ideal candidate will take and test environmental oversight samples rendering to the oversight schedule.
• Responsible for qualifying all microbiological lab equipment, such as URS, IQ, OQ, PQ, etc.
• Uphold and calibrate all microbiological lab equipment rendering to approved processes.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• A diplomatic, self-motivating individual who can resolve issues and make decisions.
• Capable of handling daily activities in the microbiology lab under minimal supervision.
• Able to manage own time efficiently.
• Ability to present self in a professional manner and is self-aware.
• Presentation and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Works well in a team.
