Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager. This role is integral to the management team, ensuring the safety and quality of our products. The successful candidate will oversee production lines, ensuring they run smoothly and consistently produce high-quality products that meet all company and regulatory requirements. A proactive attitude and the ability to drive positive change are highly valued in this role.

Responsibilities:

Improve manufacturing processes to enhance product quality.
Develop, improve and review new specifications and procedures for products or processes and train staff accordingly.
Set and monitor compliance with raw material requirements from suppliers.
Oversee product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
Inspect final output, comparing it to requirements and approve or reject final products.
Maintain accurate documentation and perform risk assessments and statistical analysis.
Participate in the qualification of analytical instruments.
Review and approve standard operating procedures, specifications, and standard testing procedures.
Handle Out of Specification, Out of Trend and Out of Control situations.
Attend meetings, submit reports, and assist external auditors and inspectors.
Use negotiation skills to drive alignment and resolve conflicts within the company and with external partners.
Collaborate with team and cross-functional partners.

Key Skills and Requirements:

A master's degree or a PhD in science (biology and chemistry) and pharmaceutical science.
Knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards.
Strong attention to detail, organisational and leadership skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Good technical and IT skills.
Proficiency in English.
