QA Coordinator x4

Ensure every device meets the highest standards - right from the moment it arrives.

Proclinical is seeking QA Coordinators to join a dynamic team in The Netherlands. This role focuses on ensuring the quality of incoming materials and supporting development and manufacturing operations within a regulated medical device environment. You will play a key role in inspection processes, testing, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform functional testing of devices for lot qualification.
• Conduct package integrity testing as per procedural requirements.
• Inspect incoming components and materials for mechanical compliance.
• Maintain and file inspection records and reports accurately.
• Input inspection and test data into internal systems.
• Assist Quality Engineers with test method development and device investigations.
• Conduct internal quality audits as needed.
• Oversee calibration contractors during equipment testing.
• Apply basic shop mathematics in inspection tasks.
• Ensure compliance with FDA and ISO documentation and quality standards.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively across various organizational levels.
• Proficiency in using PCs, including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Attention to detail for generating and maintaining accurate documentation and records.
