Proclinical is seeking a Project Engineer to lead and manage technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet functional requirements. This role involves developing concepts, advising stakeholders, and overseeing the execution of engineering plans. You will play a key role in optimizing processes, supporting production adjustments, and contributing to the successful launch of new products.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning and execution of small to mid-sized investment projects with direct impact on production and business outcomes.
  • Conduct process engineering calculations and optimize plant operations.
  • Perform feasibility studies for new plants or modifications to existing facilities, including cost estimation, scheduling, and functionality assessments.
  • Develop technical solutions, evaluating their advantages and disadvantages.
  • Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure timely and professional project execution.
  • Optimize process flows and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Support production adjustments and product launches.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Technology, Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to apply it in day-to-day tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in English; German language skills are an advantage.
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work.
  • Innovative thinker with strong leadership skills, particularly in a matrix organization.
  • High motivation and ability to comprehend complex contexts.
