Proclinical are recruiting for a Project Assistant to join a medical technology and devices organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Freiburg.
Responsibilities:
- Upkeep of inhouse databases, project websites following extensive onboarding, etc.
- You will prepare project interim report and documentation updates.
- Assist in setting up electronic questionnaires/documentation forms.
- Collaborate with the senior project manager and data.
- Responsible for online desk research for specialists, particularly in European countries.
- The ideal candidate will recruit and handle participants in* Recruitment and management of participants in medical data collection surveys.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Educated to a degree level in a natural science field or comparable other education mixed with experience, such as MTA, medical documentalist, etc.
- A background working within a medical setting.
- Acquaintance with operational planning and execution of projects would be preferable but not necessary for the role.
- Computer literacy.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- A structured way of working with the ability to take the initiative and resolve issues.
- Works well in a team with the capacity to be flexible.
