Production Manager - Permanent - Middletown DE

Proclinical is on the lookout for a dynamic leader who can ensure quality and efficiency in manufacturing processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on safety, discipline and continuous improvement. This role is pivotal in managing production output and maintaining high standards of production for the company.

Skills & Requirements:

• A Master's degree in Engineering or an MBA is preferred, or equivalent technical knowledge.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
• Experience managing in a unionized, GMP environment, preferably in a chemical-based manufacturing facility.
• Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Office and SAP or similar ERP system. Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems and/or SCADA is preferred.

The Production Manager's responsibilities will be:

• Oversee production output, ensuring orders are completed in a timely manner and in compliance with ISO and cGMP standards.
• Lead the production department, which includes responsibilities such as hiring, training, and performance management.
• Uphold safety compliance and quality standards of production.
• Address customer complaints.
• Implement process improvements as needed.
