Production Manager - Permanent - Middletown DE

Proclinical is on the lookout for a dynamic leader who can ensure quality and efficiency in manufacturing processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on safety, discipline and continuous improvement. This role is pivotal in managing production output and maintaining high standards of production for the company.

Skills & Requirements:

A Master's degree in Engineering or an MBA is preferred, or equivalent technical knowledge.
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
Experience managing in a unionized, GMP environment, preferably in a chemical-based manufacturing facility.
Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Office and SAP or similar ERP system. Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems and/or SCADA is preferred.

The Production Manager's responsibilities will be:

Oversee production output, ensuring orders are completed in a timely manner and in compliance with ISO and cGMP standards.
Lead the production department, which includes responsibilities such as hiring, training, and performance management.
Uphold safety compliance and quality standards of production.
Address customer complaints.
Implement process improvements as needed.
