Product Owner

Proclinical is seeking a Product Owner to join a dynamic team focused on delivering innovative solutions in the bio-pharmaceutical and medical device sectors. This role involves leveraging Scrum/Agile methodologies to ensure efficient product delivery within a full stack squad. The position requires a strong focus on clinical data, analytics, and customer success.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Scrum/Agile methodology to manage product delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Manager to align on product vision and requirements.
• Ensure the team has prepared tasks for continuous workflow.
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development.
• Assess value and prioritize stories, epics, and themes.
• Maintain product backlog according to business value or ROI.
• Lead sprint planning and set delivery expectations.
• Mitigate impediments impacting team completion of goals.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and report issues.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in a scientific field, business administration, or computer sciences.
• Experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies; certification is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire engineering teams.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent time management and analytical skills.
• Experience with Jira is advantageous.
