Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Procurement Manager ICT (80-100%) to join a dynamic team.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

About the Role:

As a Procurement Manager ICT, the successful candidate will be responsible for procurement in telecommunications, acting as an ambassador within purchasing and across all departments.

The key responsibilities will include:

Managing the telecommunications product group
Developing procurement strategies in collaboration with specialists
Planning, coordinating, and implementing ICT procurement in compliance with guidelines
Collaborating closely with project managers and specialist departments
Standardizing and optimizing ICT tenders
Implementing claim management in cooperation with the legal department
Promoting sustainable procurement in ICT
Contributing to the development of the Procurement & Claim Management team

Required Profile:

Technical training or further education in electrical engineering, computer science, information technology, or equivalent
Additional training in business administration/purchasing is a plus
Several years of experience in procuring complex IT solutions and telecommunications
Experience in contract drafting, negotiations, and claim management
Knowledge of procurement law (BöB/VöB) and sustainability in ICT
Proficiency in SAP (SAP S4 and Ariba) is advantageous
Fluent in German and English; French is a plus
