Proclinical is seeking an Outsourcing Manager to join an innovative and rapidly expanding biotech company. You will play a crucial role managing partnerships with CRO's and ensuring the smooth execution of chemical synthesis and biological experiments. This role requires working with multidisciplinary teams to foster innovation in drug discovery.

This position is available in both London and Paris.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement outsourcing strategies in collaboration with leadership and finance teams.
Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with CROs to support drug discovery programs.
Assist program leaders in coordinating preclinical/clinical studies.
Streamline data management processes and ensure data quality across various sources.
Monitor project outcomes and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with scientists, medicinal chemists, and project managers to achieve project goals.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Advanced degree in Chemistry, Pharmacology, or related field.
Experience in small molecule drug discovery and managing outsourced studies.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to scientific challenges.
