Operational Data Steward - Contract - Plainsboro NJ

Proclinical is seeking a tech-savvy Data Steward with a knack for navigating complex systems and a strong analytical background.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment and has a keen eye for detail. Experience with Infomatica Data Systems and/or Veeva is a plus, but not a requirement.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in using Excel, including creating and editing pivot tables, and using 'vlookup' and 'if' statements.
• Experience in Customer Master and data analysis, preferably in the Pharmaceutical/ Health Industry Professional and Organization customer data (IMS Health HCPS/ HCOS data), is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task and transition between assignments quickly.

The Operational Data Steward's responsibilities will be:

• Consolidate duplicate records and ensure all required identifiers are listed on the consolidated records.
• Investigate potential affiliations between Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Healthcare Organizations (HCOs).
• Address field force data change requests and assist with Data Management functions within the team.
• Organize and analyze data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for various system releases.
• Provide ad-hoc assistance to various team members.
